This policy explains what personal data Affiliate Pay ("we") collects through this website, afflpay.com, and how we use it. The Affiliate Pay panel at app.afflpay.com is covered by the agreement we sign with each client.

What we collect

• Early access requests. When you fill in the form, we receive your email address and, if you give them, your company or website, your monthly payout volume and your message.
• Technical data. Like any website, our servers receive your IP address and browser details with each request. We keep them for a limited time to protect the service from abuse, and we store the IP address of each form request for the same reason.

This website does not use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers.

How we use it

We use your request only to reply to you about Affiliate Pay and to prepare your onboarding. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

Who processes it

• Our servers are hosted in the European Union.
• When we email you, the message is sent through our email provider in the European Union.
• The fonts on this website are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when your browser fetches them.

How long we keep it

We keep early access requests while we are in contact with you about Affiliate Pay, and delete them when you ask us to or when they are no longer needed.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of your data, to correct it or to delete it, and you can object to its use. Send us a request through the early access form with the word "privacy" in the message, from the email address the request is about. You can also complain to your data protection authority.

If we change this policy, we will publish the new version on this page with its date.
