Terms of use

Last updated: 30 October 2026

These terms apply to this website and to the Affiliate Pay private beta. Clients who use Affiliate Pay on mainnet sign a separate agreement.

Private beta

During the private beta, Affiliate Pay runs on test networks only and handles no real funds. Features may change or be removed, and the beta may be interrupted at any time.

Non-custodial service

Affiliate Pay prepares, verifies and tracks transactions, but every payment is signed in your own wallet. You keep control of your wallets and keys, and you are responsible for the transactions you sign and for keeping your keys and accounts secure.

Your obligations

We may refuse to prepare payouts to addresses on sanctions lists, and we may suspend access that breaks these terms.

Fees

The beta is free. On mainnet, fees are agreed with each client and shown before a transaction is signed.

No warranty

The website and the beta are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from their use.

Changes

We may update these terms. The current version is always on this page, with its date.
